A Berlin native, Maximilian is a passion-driven petrolhead moving toward a fossil-free future. After studying graphic design, he built a career in the lifestyle industry, contributing to several magazines, including Craftrad, before becoming an editor at the renowned Gestalten publishing house. In 2019, he co-founded Craftwerk.Berlin, Europe’s largest DIY motorcycle garage, launched his own agency, and established Reload Land as its founder and creative visionary.
James is Head of Conference at Reload Land, leading the expert panel talks. An electric mobility engineer with a passion for two-wheelers, he developed hardware for Bolt (now Monday Motorbikes) and co-founded Omega Motors in San Francisco. After moving to Berlin, he completed his Master’s thesis at BMW Motorrad on the CE 04 battery pack. He later worked at TIER Mobility and now serves as a product engineer at ENYRING, part of Yamaha Motor Co.
Luis is driving the future of mobility with a unique blend of engineering expertise and fresh perspective. With a background in acoustics, he understands the quiet power of electric motorcycles — proving that performance doesn’t have to be loud. At Reload Land, he leads operations on site and coordinates the volunteer team, bringing together clean tech, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
