GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS — Reload.Land 2026 — „Win a CooPop Rugged GS“

Organizer BORN AND RACED GmbH, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 10249 Berlin, Germany („Reload.Land“).

Prize One (1) CooPop Rugged GS electric scooter. The prize is provided as-is. The vehicle is unregistered and has no license plates. Registration, insurance, and any costs related to making the vehicle road-legal are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative, no exchange, and no substitution of the prize.

Eligibility To enter, you must meet all of the following conditions:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the drawing.
You must hold a valid driver’s license that entitles you to operate the prize vehicle in your country of residence (in Germany: minimum Führerschein Klasse B or equivalent).
You must have registered with a valid, verified email address on the official Reload.Land event page on Luma (lu.ma).
You must have purchased a valid ticket for the 2026 Hankook Berlin E-Prix weekend (any ticket type that grants access to the Fan Area on Saturday, 2 May 2026).
You must be physically present at the Reload.Land area at Berlin Tempelhof Airport at the time of the live drawing on Saturday, 2 May 2026.

All five conditions must be met simultaneously. Failure to meet any single condition results in disqualification.

How to Enter Entry is free. Register on the official Reload.Land Luma event page with a valid email address. Purchase a Formula E weekend ticket separately through the official ticket channels. No purchase from Reload.Land is required to enter. The Formula E ticket is required solely for access to the event venue.

Drawing The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible, registered participants. The drawing will take place live and in person on Saturday, 2 May 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM (CET). The exact time may be adjusted; the drawing will not take place during the Formula E race. The drawing time will be communicated via email to registered participants and on Reload.Land’s social media channels.

Winner Announcement & Prize Collection The winner will be announced live on site immediately following the drawing. The winner must be physically present at the time of the announcement and must claim the prize in person on the same day. If the selected person is not present at the time of the announcement, or cannot claim the prize in person for any reason, that person forfeits the prize and a new winner will be drawn immediately from the remaining eligible participants present on site. This process will be repeated until a winner is confirmed.

There is no shipping. There is no deferred collection. The prize must be collected on site on 2 May 2026. The organizer bears no responsibility for the transport of the vehicle after handover.

Media Release By entering this giveaway, all participants agree that photographs, video footage, and other media of the drawing, the winner announcement, and the prize handover may be taken and used by Reload.Land and its partners for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes without further compensation or prior approval. The winner specifically consents to the use of their name, likeness, and image in connection with this giveaway.

International Winners The giveaway is open to participants of any nationality, provided all eligibility conditions are met. The organizer bears no responsibility for export, customs, international transport, or any costs or regulations associated with taking the prize outside of Germany. The prize is handed over in Berlin, Germany. Everything that happens after handover is the winner’s sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in this giveaway or from the use of the prize. The organizer is not responsible for the condition, roadworthiness, registration, or insurance of the prize vehicle after handover.

General

Employees and immediate family members of BORN AND RACED GmbH and CooPop are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Any legal recourse is excluded (Ausschluss des Rechtswegs).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and German versions of these terms, the German version shall prevail.

TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN GIVEAWAY — Reload.Land 2026 — „Win a CooPop Rugged GS“

Veranstalter BORN AND RACED GmbH, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 10249 Berlin, Deutschland („Reload.Land“).

Gewinn Ein (1) CooPop Rugged GS Elektroroller. Der Gewinn wird im Ist-Zustand übergeben. Das Fahrzeug ist nicht zugelassen und hat keine Kennzeichen. Zulassung, Versicherung und sämtliche Kosten für die Inbetriebnahme im Straßenverkehr liegen ausschließlich beim Gewinner. Der Gewinn ist nicht übertragbar. Eine Barauszahlung, ein Umtausch oder ein Ersatz des Gewinns ist ausgeschlossen.

Teilnahmeberechtigung Zur Teilnahme müssen alle folgenden Bedingungen gleichzeitig erfüllt sein:

Der Teilnehmer muss zum Zeitpunkt der Auslosung mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.
Der Teilnehmer muss im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins sein, der zum Führen des Gewinnfahrzeugs im jeweiligen Wohnsitzland berechtigt (in Deutschland: mindestens Führerschein Klasse B oder gleichwertig).
Der Teilnehmer muss sich mit einer gültigen, verifizierten E-Mail-Adresse auf der offiziellen Reload.Land-Veranstaltungsseite auf Luma (lu.ma) registriert haben.
Der Teilnehmer muss ein gültiges Ticket für das Wochenende des 2026 Hankook Berlin E-Prix erworben haben (Ticketart beliebig, sofern der Zugang zur Fan Area am Samstag, 2. Mai 2026, gewährleistet ist).
Der Teilnehmer muss zum Zeitpunkt der Live-Auslosung am Samstag, 2. Mai 2026, physisch im Reload.Land-Bereich am Flughafen Tempelhof anwesend sein.

Alle fünf Bedingungen müssen gleichzeitig erfüllt sein. Bei Nichterfüllung auch nur einer Bedingung ist die Teilnahme ungültig.

Teilnahme Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Registriere dich auf der offiziellen Reload.Land-Veranstaltungsseite auf Luma mit einer gültigen E-Mail-Adresse. Ein Formula-E-Wochenendticket ist separat über die offiziellen Ticket-Kanäle zu erwerben. Ein Kauf bei Reload.Land ist für die Teilnahme nicht erforderlich. Das Formula-E-Ticket dient ausschließlich dem Zugang zum Veranstaltungsgelände.

Auslosung Der Gewinner wird per Zufallsprinzip aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten, registrierten Personen ermittelt. Die Auslosung erfolgt live und persönlich vor Ort am Samstag, 2. Mai 2026, gegen ca. 13:00 Uhr (MEZ). Die genaue Uhrzeit kann sich ändern; die Auslosung findet nicht während des Formula-E-Rennens statt. Die Auslosungszeit wird den registrierten Teilnehmern per E-Mail sowie über die Social-Media-Kanäle von Reload.Land mitgeteilt.

Gewinnerbekanntgabe & Abholung Der Gewinner wird unmittelbar nach der Auslosung live vor Ort bekannt gegeben. Der Gewinner muss zum Zeitpunkt der Bekanntgabe physisch anwesend sein und den Gewinn persönlich am selben Tag entgegennehmen. Ist die ausgeloste Person zum Zeitpunkt der Bekanntgabe nicht anwesend oder kann den Gewinn aus irgendeinem Grund nicht persönlich entgegennehmen, verfällt der Gewinnanspruch. Es wird umgehend eine neue Person aus den verbleibenden anwesenden, teilnahmeberechtigten Personen ausgelost. Dieser Vorgang wird wiederholt, bis ein Gewinner bestätigt ist.

Es erfolgt kein Versand. Es gibt keine nachträgliche Abholung. Der Gewinn muss am 2. Mai 2026 vor Ort entgegengenommen werden. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung für den Transport des Fahrzeugs nach der Übergabe.

Medienrechte Mit der Teilnahme am Giveaway erklären sich alle Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass Fotos, Videos und andere Medien der Auslosung, der Gewinnerbekanntgabe und der Gewinnübergabe von Reload.Land und seinen Partnern für Marketing-, Werbe-, Social-Media- und sonstige Werbezwecke verwendet werden dürfen — ohne zusätzliche Vergütung oder vorherige Zustimmung. Der Gewinner erklärt sich ausdrücklich mit der Nutzung seines Namens, seines Abbilds und seiner Aufnahmen im Zusammenhang mit diesem Giveaway einverstanden.

Internationale Gewinner Das Giveaway steht Teilnehmern jeder Nationalität offen, sofern alle Teilnahmebedingungen erfüllt sind. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung für Export, Zoll, internationalen Transport oder sonstige Kosten und Vorschriften, die mit der Verbringung des Gewinns außerhalb Deutschlands verbunden sind. Der Gewinn wird in Berlin, Deutschland, übergeben. Alles, was nach der Übergabe geschieht, liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Gewinners.

Haftungsbeschränkung Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Verletzungen, Verluste, Schäden oder Kosten, die aus der Teilnahme am Giveaway oder aus der Nutzung des Gewinns entstehen. Der Veranstalter ist nicht verantwortlich für den Zustand, die Verkehrstauglichkeit, die Zulassung oder die Versicherung des Gewinnfahrzeugs nach der Übergabe.
